TUVERA Exploration Inc. (“TUVERA”) believes that the Company is primarily responsible to the shareholders for the company activities. Additionally, the shareholders are entitled to full disclosure of the Company's information in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with the rules and regulations of the TSX-V and Canadian securities commissions even though TUVERA is not yet publicly traded. Information needs to be provided to shareholders through easy access to annual and quarterly audited financial documents, which eventually will become regular filings on the SEDAR website once public trading occurs. News releases are posted as they occur elsewhere on our Company website.

The information found on this page of the TUVERA website is intended to allow our shareholders to access current financial documents for ARNEVUT Resources Inc. (“ARNEVUT”), which merged with TUVERA via its Utah subsidiary, Tuvera Utah, Inc. (“Tuvera Utah”) on January 13, 2014. Tuvera Utah is a wholly-owned subsidiary of TUVERA. As part of the merger, all shares of common stock of ARNEVUT were converted, one for one, into common shares of TUVERA. Tuvera Utah succeeded to all of the rights, properties, assets, and obligations of ARNEVUT, and the separate corporate existence of ARNEVUT ceased.

The merger-related documents contained on this web page are provided to provide some historical reference on the merger to shareholders. General corporate information such as 1) TUVERA's Notice of Articles (comparable to Articles of Incorporation in the United States), and 2) TUVERA’s Articles (comparable to Bylaws in the United States) are posted to provide all users with basic documentation on the company. The financial documents, audited Financial Statements and Managment Discussion & Analysis for each reporting period, are posted after their final approval by our auditors and by the Company Board.
