FRANCOIS ROUGE

Mr. Rouge serves as an advisor to the Company on investor and shareholder relations in Europe, which has been a key source of funds for the Company. He has over 35 years experience in management and the financial industry, holding positions of high-level management for 25 of those years. Mr. Rouge received a B.A. in Sciences from Calvin College in Geneva, Switzerland and a Degree in Economics from the University of Geneva.

Currently, Mr. Rouge serves as a private consultant and professional investor. He also is a Director of Metal Chronométrie SA, a Swiss watches designer and producer. Mr. Rouge previously held positions with Merrill Lynch International Inc. (Broker), the University of Geneva (Seminar Consultant), Metroline Travel SA (Financial Consultant), FFSA Fonds & Finances SA (Chairman of the Board), Cromill Products Ltd. (Financial Consultant and Managing Director), Thomson-CSF Holding Suisse SA (Director), Derendinger & Cie SA (Director), Geneva Energy Advisors SA (Director), SA Du Pont de la Machine (Director), Geneva Energy Ventures SA (Director), Richemond Heritage SA (Director), Geneva Private Bank & Trust (Bahamas) Ltd.
